Competition and EU Law

The Competition and EU Law team covers all aspects of Maltese and EU Competition Law. We regularly handle high profile transactions involving major market players, both local and foreign. The same team integrates with other departments to achieve comprehensive advice by drawing on the experience gained from other fields of law such as litigation.

Cartel cases, abuse of dominance and restrictive practices cases, as well as other competition and antitrust investigation, are all covered by our lawyers’ experience. We also represent clients in litigation and advise on public law, State aid and public procurement matters.

Practices within the sphere of Competition and EU Law include anti-competitive behaviour, colluding practices, merger control, public procurement and state aid.
