GVTH works in close conjunction with a number of international banks in the process of registration of mortgages and liens over vessels. The shipping department caters for all client needs in this respect and is involved in the preparation of deeds of covenant as well as the actual registration of the mortgages. Maritime Liens which have to be enforced in Court are dealt with by the firm’s litigation team.
