The firm’s shipping department provides its international clients with a one stop shop in the realm of ship registration. It is involved in the registration of both private yachts as well as large ocean going vessels. The department’s administrative staff oversees all client needs from inception right through to full registration of the vessel. This includes the necessary name reservations at both the shipping and companies registries, the opening of bank accounts and the actual registration of the shipping company. In addition the department also handles the necessary compliance procedures with local authorities as the Wireless Telegraphy Department and the Malta Maritime Authority.
