Competition & EU Law

Another closely linked branch of the EU Department is the Competition Law department, the main aim of which is to advise clients as to the applicability of Articles 85 and 86 of the EC Treaty, which deal with competition practices within the European Union. In this sense, GVTH not only offers advice on methods in which Maltese businesses may align themselves with these provisions, but also advises on how these businesses may best protect their rights and interests in an increasingly “Europeanised” market.
