Practice Areas
Competition & EU Law
As local laws change in order to reflect the adoption of the EU Acquis, our department is constantly equipping itself to meet the individual needs of the client and provides a hand-in-hand approach in order to cushion the impact of change according to tailor-made programmes. Our lawyers also advise on a number of EU Law issues that are ancillary to the day-to-day work of the firm. In this field, specialist advice is available on public procurement, the four freedoms (goods, services, persons and capital), agriculture and fisheries, specific product markets (particularly food and beverage, pharmaceutical, educational and human resources).
