In recent years the firm has been involved in some of the largest development projects on the Island, amongst which are the Cottonera Waterfront Project, Terminal 1 and 2 of the Malta Freeport Corporation, the Portomaso Project and the White Rocks Development. The firm also regularly advises on construction projects as well as on the purchase, sale and rental of immovable property.
