Mark graduated as a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2009 and was called to the Bar in 2010. During his period of studies at the University of Malta, he submitted a doctoral thesis titled "EC’s Regulation of Electronic Communications and its impact on Maltese law", he attended a summer trainee-ship at the London-based law firm, Barker and Gillette Solicitors and he studied International Foreign Investment on a student exchange at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark . Following his Bachelor and Doctorial studies in Malta and Denmark, Mark then went on to pursue his studies at Queen Mary University in London where he submitted a dissertation on "The Regulation of European and United States Online Gaming" and obtained a Master of Laws Degree in Computer and Communications Law. Mark’s principal areas of practice are Information Technology, Intellectual Property, Telecommunications, Consumer Law, Transportation, Immigration, Data Protection and Gaming Law.
